Yes, The Sunshine Zone offers group travel packages for families, friends, and corporate groups. Our group packages are customizable and can include activities and accommodations that are suitable for all members of the group. Certain travel suppliers (some cruise lines, escorted group tours, and more) offer significant discount, amenities and perks when a group of more than 8 cabins (cruises, at double occupancy) or more than 8 or 10 travelers (escorted tours).

The cancellation policy for The Sunshine Zone travel packages varies depending on the package selected, the travel supplier and the time of cancellation. We will provide you with the specific cancellation policy for your package at the time of booking.

Travel discounts can vary by supplier. Most travel suppliers offer discounts for Military, Veterans, First Responders and 55+ . Some travel suppliers also offer travel discounts to Educators, Healthcare Workers,  and Residents of certain US States (for example, Florida and Texas Residents).  

At The Sunshine Zone, I am proud to offer a 10% discount to Military, First Responder and Police when you book with SANDALS and BEACHES Resorts.  Please reach out to us to inquire about discounts that you may be entitled to. 

The due date of the deposit can vary by travel supplier.  For example, most cruise lines allow travelers to hold a reservation for up to 7 days without a deposit. Certain resorts will allow a reservation to be held without a deposit until 4 weeks before the dates of travel.  Others require a deposit within 1 business day. If your vacation package includes flights, they will most likely require a deposit or full payment at time of booking, especially if your dates of travel are within a few months. We will work with you to not only book you a vacation you will love, but we will also help you find the best option with regards to the most flexible payment terms.

The Sunshine Zone, through our relationship with the various travel suppliers, offers exclusive experiences, perks, amenities and upgrades that are not available online. If you sign up for our newsletter, we will email you selective travel promotions, travel trends and other travel-related materials that may be of interest to you. You can also call or text us 7 days a week from 10 am to 6 pm EST, or set up a time to chat with us about your unique travel needs. 

One of the biggest benefits of working with The Sunshine Zone to plan your travel is that we are there for you before, during and after your trip in the event of any issues you may have. When you book travel with a Travel Advisor, travel suppliers (Cruise Lines, Resorts, etc) pay a commission to travel agents.  This commission is already included in the cost of your trip, whether you book online or with The Sunshine Zone. When you book travel through The Sunshine Zone, we are there for you every step of the way, before, during and after your travels in the event of any issues. Instead of waiting on hold for customer service, you have a direct line to reach us!  

If you are booking an Ocean or River Cruise, All-Inclusive Vacation Package, Car Rental, Shore or Resorts Excursions, Event Tickets, Escorted Group Tour or a Hotel/Resort, there are ZERO fees!  We will provide up to 5 complimentary travel options based on your criteria.  The 5 quotes are usually sufficient for 99.9 % of our clients, as its based on unique travel criteria you provide.    

If you have a more complex itinerary, the Sunshine Zone may charge a nominal travel planning fee. This fee covers our time commitment in researching and booking a vacation you will love. 

After you fill out the Travel Quote Form, a 10 minute phone call will be set up to go over your responses and give us an opportunity to ask clarifying questions.

Travel Planning Professional Services Fee

For complex trip planning.....To ensure that we can offer you the highest level of expertise and support, we may charge a Professional Services Fee for complex trip planning or itineraries. This fee covers the time, research, and expertise required to plan and coordinate every aspect of your trip, from the initial consultation to your safe return home.

We reserve the right to waive any professional services fees.
